About this role
We are hiring a Customer Success Lead to join our team in Accra, Ghana. This is a on-site role at mid level experience.
What you will do
- Own delivery of your area end to end, from planning through to measurable outcomes.
- Partner with colleagues across the organisation to solve problems that matter to customers.
- Raise the standard of the work through clear documentation, review and continuous improvement.

- Relevant experience in a comparable customer success lead or adjacent role.
- Strong written and verbal communication with a collaborative working style.
- The right to work in Ghana.
